You can place an order with us at any time and we suggest that orders are made sooner rather than later.  As our order book fills up very quickly, as we make every piece by hand we are limited to the number of orders we can take. 

We also recommended that you advise at the time of ordering all items you will require - exact numbers are not necessary at this point - this is to ensure that we can accomodate your full order.

All we ask for at the time of placing an order is a deposit, we will then contact you nearer the wedding to confirm all the details.

Your invitations will be ready for collection or delivery 12 weeks prior to the wedding, unless otherwise agreed, with all other items such as
Order of Service, Place Cards, Menus, etc. ready nearer the wedding date.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, First Class 

Balances are payable one calendar month prior to the collection/delivery of the order or part order.  We are only able to despatch order once payment has been made. 

Samples

If you would like to receive a sample prior to ordering your stationery, please send your Name, Address, Collection Name and Wedding Date along with a cheque made payable to 'So Inviting' for £5.00 to the following address:

The charge will then be deducted from any order that you place.

We can send up to two samples and will aim to do so within within a few weeks.

As the samples are made to order they may take a little longer during busy periods, usually the summer months and Christmas.  We can make up the samples in different colours, so please specify the colour you require when ordering.
