1. A deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm the order: 2. The printing of guest’s names on all stationery is included in the price quoted along with relevant postal packaging. For example, envelopes and scroll boxes. The printing of names and address’ on envelopes may carry an additional charge unless otherwise stated. 3. All Deposits are non-refundable. 4. Provisional bookings will only be held for seven days, to allow time for a deposit payment to be made. If a deposit is not paid during this time the date will be released. 5. Balances must be paid in full 1 calendar month prior to collection/delivery of the order or part order. 6. Cancellations must be made in writing as soon as possible. Any work that has been carried out upto the cancellation, will need to be paid for in full. 7. Proofs - Must be confirmed in writing wither via Post or E-Mail. We are unable to accept verbal confirmation of a proof prior to printing. 8.If payment has not been sent by the date requested,should the materials need to make up the stationery become out of stock. We may need to use alternative suppliers to order the relevant stock items. In the event of this happening So Inviting will pass any increase to charges incurred onto the customer. 9. Only items of stationery that have been advised on the invoice and paid for in advance will be made up. As instructed in the letter issued with the 'Invitation Details' and 'On the Day Stationery' booklets. Should you need to increase or decrease your order prior to printing, please ensure that you have spoken to a member of staff to advise. This will ensure that stock is avaliable and your request has been noted.10. We reserve the right to make slight amendments to any design, due to stock availability or overall look of the design. 11. Dependant on time of notification, we may be unable to increase parts of your order due to stock availability. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time. |
